近年來，與親友在線上共度時光成為一種日常的習慣和現象，遍佈全球。這也許是因為移民、被迫移居、旅遊限制、環保減碳等因素，或只是爲了更便捷地溝通。然而，這類線上交流可以有多深入，多親密呢？在難以運用親身接觸等肢體語言的情況下，我們如何激發、深化情感的流動？在「小酌一夢」這個線上酒吧，陳泳因邀你把夢境化作一杯雞尾酒（或無酒精飲品）。你不僅可以獨酌内心思緒，也可以與遠方的舊雨新知一嚐夢境的滋味。願這小酌的體驗帶你潛入愜意而不曾到達的夢幻所在。「小酌一夢」是一個參與式的藝術項目，由生於香港、現居紐約的藝術家陳泳因創作。這也是香港大館當代美術館「V倉」虛擬藝術系列的首個項目。
For many of us, virtual hangouts with family and friends are now an everyday reality, the result of migration, forced displacement, travel restrictions, environmental concerns, or simply ease of communication. Yet how deep and intimate can virtual interactions be? How do we convey complex emotions when physical interactions are rare? At the Sipping Dreams virtual bar, artist Doreen Chan invites you to turn dreams into cocktails or mocktails, so that not only you could savor and reflect on deeper thoughts, family and friends from afar also get to take in—literally—the dreams you had. Let “bar talk” take you into a cosy yet unexplored dreamworld. Sipping Dreams, a participatory art project by the Hong Kong–born, New York–based artist Doreen Chan, is the inaugural project of Tai Kwun Contemporary’s V Hall, a new digital art project series.
