"Sushi Zo X Perfume Trees Gin 白蘭樹下Omakase Pairing"
On October 21st (Thursday), at the historic building Tai Kwun will host a Gin Omakase Pairing dinner along with a guest bartender event at Sushi Zo and sister cocktail lounge Gishiki Lounge respectively. The internationally renowned Executive Chef of Sushi Zo, Mr. Michikazu Yoshida, will present 18 exquisite dishes with seasonal ingredients, coupled with Cocktails carefully prepared by the founder, Kit Cheung, of Perfume Trees Gin 白蘭樹下.
Following dinner, Kit Cheung and brand ambassador Paul Chan will serve a selection of Signature Gin Cocktails created with Japanese elements in the Gishiki Lounge.
Each guest attending the Omakase Pairing will also receive a miniature 50ml Perfume Trees Gin boxset.
