An invigorating class with cardio, balancing, core and flexibility. TaiQi Yoga combines the ancient traditions of Tai-Chi, Qigong and yoga with modern toning exercises.

20 & 21 November 

Yin-Yang

Blends strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body. An invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. This class helps improve balance strength and flexibility.

Morning Detox Flow
Through sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs, we can stimulate the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. This class suitable for students looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience.
