‘Tis the Season of Tai Kwun 2021 - Aaharn Festive Tasting Menu

Aaharn festive menu starts with three starters, such as Fresh oyster with river tamarind leaf, house-made sriracha, Betel leaf with lobster, and Crunchy rice cakes with Chiang Mai pork relish. Shared mains include Hot and sour soup of tiger prawn with charred tomatoes and shallot, Salad of grilled duck breast with cucumber and mint, Steamed fillets of perch with lime, and Stir fried pork collar with red curry paste and Thai aubergine. Of course, you will find our signature dish Coconut and turmeric curry of snow crab on the menu too. Finally, the desserts are Pandan noodle with black sticky rice and sweet corn in smoked oconut milk, Taro pudding, and Petit fours. Don’t forget to add on our wine pairing for a merrier dining experience!
