Job Description
- Formulate strategic leasing, venue hire and trade-mix plans. Transform strategies into actionable plans
- Manage the whole process of quality leasing services from planning, liaison and acquiring branded tenants through business connections
- Manage anchor F&B tenant accounts to uphold positive business relationship and drive quality tenant offerings
- Develop relationship management mindset for the team in handling leasing matters
- Handle complaints from tenants and crises which arise from tenant conflicts
- Identify and unleash revenue potential of premises, including but not limited to strategizing alteration and additions works, in collaboration with in-house professionals, external consultants, etc. to manage feasibility studies, statutory submissions, and tenant mix revamp
- Work closely with Facilities Management and Operations Departments to ensure excellent lifestyle offerings and customer service standard is achieved
- Analyze tenant mix and new project initiatives to enrich retail offerings and lifestyle content, responsible for maintaining financial health of the organization by various short-term or long-term leases
- Drive revenue growth and implement credit control initiatives of the leasing portfolio
- Prepare functional budget and responsible for revenue target materialization
- Act as tenant representative to identify opportunities, negotiate and handle all leasing matters of off-site premises for use by the Company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Asset Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in shopping mall/retail properties leasing and marketing, of which at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Experience in venue hire and event business is an advantage
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge on commercial leasing market in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong team leadership, creative and independent
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
