Job Description
- Provide support to Performing Arts department, including administrative work, schedule meetings, collation of meeting materials and committee papers, budget, procurement, preparations of internal & external reports and photo & video archive
- Manage the scheduling of internal and partnership programmes to ensure a clear flow of information among internal departments
- Assist in event production, Prog-related logistics and operation of regular & partnership programmes
- Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Performing Arts, Arts, Cultural Studies, Arts Management or relevant disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in art administration from the performing arts and cultural sector. Expertise in one or more aspects of performing arts, knowledge on backstage and technical support is an advantage
- Knowledge on art scene in Hong Kong
- Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
- Well organised, detail minded with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
